Team membership is held in high regard by employees, but it doesn’t seem so with companies…On line team sites can get employees, leaders and companies collaborating on a more formal team role and status

We have always known that there is something special about being on a team…. On line team sites accentuate and renew the good that employees, leaders and companies get out of teams

• Employees need the sense of belonging and satisfaction teams bring
• On line team sites give teams a clearer, firmer place in an organization
• Employees, leaders, companies can get more and better use out of teams
• There is a unspoken magic for employees in having an identity with a team
• Teams enable employees to feel that they have an important part in the company
