My first large management responsibility was at Parker Pen where at times I had up to 750 people in my chain of command….. My main success came with what I did with the Company Gain Sharing plan which was a system recognition and rewards … I never forgot the lessons I learned and I put them to work in other ways , in other companies… I have a sixth sense for that makes the process tick and that’s how I came to take an interest in Google Apps
