QUALITY OF RECOGNITION MESSAGE CENTER ...

I am adding a section in the marketing site for “two message centers”……The first one is THE LEAN EXCHANGE MESSAGE CENTER which I explained yesterday….. The second one is THE RECOGNITION MESSAGE CENTER which I am describing below

I am going to allow companies to do away with the Board of Certification…. This simplifies the recognition and reward procedure and lets companies do it any which way with feedback telling them when it is working.

QUALITY OF RECOGNITION MESSAGE CENTER ...

Is the existing company recognition and reward system alive and well?… The quality of recognition is an on line message center.. All employees can comment on the quality of the existing recognition and reward system from their perspective….. Through some method determined by management employees can comment on the system… General management gets feedback on how well the system is working.. The Black Belt monitors progress and makes suggestions.

The message center is used for on line teams to report and record improvements made toward their certification… The Black Belt monitors the message center and makes suggestions … Management decides how employees post the message center…. Comment from employees in the on line message center gives feedback to management as to whether the system is effectively providing incentives for further improvement.
