QUALITY OF RECOGNITION MESSAGE CENTER ...

I am adding a section in the marketing site for “two message centers”……The first one is THE LEAN EXCHANGE MESSAGE CENTER which I explained yesterday….. The second one is THE RECOGNITION MESSAGE CENTER which I am describing below

I am going to allow companies to do away with the Board of Certification…. This simplifies the recognition and reward procedure and lets companies do it any which way with feedback telling them when it is working.

QUALITY OF RECOGNITION MESSAGE CENTER ...

Is the existing company recognition and reward system alive and well?… The quality of recognition is an on line message center.. All employees can comment on the quality of the existing recognition and reward system from their perspective….. Through some method determined by management employees can comment on the system… General management gets feedback on how well the system is working.. The Black Belt monitors progress and makes suggestions.

The message center is used for on line teams to report and record improvements made toward their certification… The Black Belt monitors the message center and makes suggestions … Management decides how employees post the message center…. Comment from employees in the on line message center gives feedback to management as to whether the system is effectively providing incentives for further improvement.

THE LEAN RESOURCES EXCHANGE CENTER…

I am working on a "LEAN IDEA exchange center" deliverable… I am not ready to post it to the site yet…. It needs a few more days of thinking…. feedback might help… One aspect is to accept free advertising which can be abbreviated and used to front end load a "LEAN RESOURCES exchange center"…. I have plenty of material to start with if I don’t get a lot of initial input… The “lean search engine” will basically be a "LEAN idea exchange center" open to posting on the customer site… As you can see by my emails I can keep it full of new things until I get others to join in.

Team membership is held in high regard by employees, but it doesn’t seem so with companies…On line team sites can get employees, leaders and companies collaborating on a more formal team role and status

THE BIGGEST BANG FOR THE BUCK …. from recognition and reward

Here are some thoughts about my On Line Team Pilot Program… I haven’t put this perspective into the site yet but I am planning to weave it in shortly… The address of the site is www.lean-resources.com …. My first large management responsibility was at Parker Pen where at times I had up to 750 people in my chain of command….. My main success came with what I did with the Company Gain Sharing plan which was a system recognition and rewards … I never forgot the lessons I learned and I put them to work in other ways , in other companies… I have a sixth sense for that makes the process tick and that’s how I came to take an interest in Google Apps
